Once construction begins, we continue to support you on site. For projects in the Manchester area, we carry out regular site visits to monitor progress, review quality and help resolve any issues that arise. For projects further afield, we stay closely involved through scheduled video calls and remote reviews, ensuring consistent oversight and communication. We review payments and variations, ensuring the project stays on track and is delivered in line with the agreed design. 

This stage plays an important role in protecting you throughout the build. By independently reviewing the contractor’s work and valuations, we help ensure that you only pay for work that has been properly completed, and that any changes are fairly assessed.

Acting as a clear point of contact between you and the builder, we help manage communication, reduce stress, and keep the project moving forward with confidence.
