After the designs and mood boards for all elements have been agreed, we then develop everything into a detailed set of drawings that a builder can use to build from. These drawings show exactly how everything is to be constructed, helping builders to price the work accurately and ensuring that everything has been clearly thought through before work begins on site. 

Having a detailed set of technical drawings helps to minimise the chance of any cost variations after a builder's quote has been accepted as well as reduce the chance of any errors or surprises on site.
